Sustainaculture Farm Membership Terms and Conditions

1. This document outlines the benefits and responsibilities associated with each membership tier, providing a clear and professional overview for potential and current members.

Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sustainaculture Farm (“Organization”) and the undersigned individual (“Member”).

1. Purpose of Membership:
The purpose of this Agreement is to define the rights and responsibilities of the Member in relation to their membership with the Organization.

2. Membership Term:
The term of this membership shall commence on the date of acceptance by the Organization and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

3. Rights and Privileges:

The Member shall have the following rights and privileges:

1. Voting rights in accordance with the Organization’s bylaws.
2. Access to information regarding the activities and affairs of the Organization.
3. Participation in meetings, events, and programs organized by the Organization.
4. Other rights and privileges as determined by the Organization’s Board of Directors.

4. Responsibilities:

The Member shall have the following responsibilities:

1. Pay any applicable membership dues or fees in a timely manner.
2. Abide by the Organization’s bylaws, policies, and procedures.
3. Act in the best interest of the Organization and support its mission and objectives.
4. Attend meetings and participate in the activities of the Organization to the best of their ability.

5. Termination of Membership:

Membership may be terminated by:

1. Resignation of the Member by providing written notice to the Organization.
2. Failure to fulfill the obligations outlined in this Agreement.
3. Removal by the Board of Directors for conduct detrimental to the Organization or violation of its bylaws.

6. Amendment of Agreement:

This Agreement may be amended by the Organization’s Board of Directors, with notice provided to all Members.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, Campbell County District.

8. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Member and the Organization regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

9. Acceptance:

Membership Tiers:

Founders Lifetime Membership

Founders members have access to all programs and resources offered by Sustainaculture Farm. This includes participation in mentorship programs, educational initiatives, Mastermind Groups, and exclusive events. Full members also receive priority access to fresh food and farm tours.

Affiliated Membership

Affiliated members are individuals or organizations that support our mission and wish to be part of our community but may not require full access to all programs. Affiliated members receive regular updates, access to selected events, and the opportunity to participate in certain educational initiatives.

Associate Membership

Associate members are individuals who are beginning their journey in sustainable agriculture or business leadership. They have access to introductory programs, basic educational resources, and entry-level mentorship opportunities. Associate members can gradually upgrade to full membership as they progress.
